Virtual agent returns garbage when I reset Lab Instance credentials

I followed the recommended instructions to reset the instance credentials for a Lab Instance per the below:

Lab Instance - Unable to login, username and password invalid, invalid login - Now Learning (service...

I followed these instructions as follows:

Virtual Agent (bubble icon) > Lab Instance > Reset credentials.

The resulting information displayed the username and password, however, the resulting password was garbage. 

It looks like perhaps there are unsupported Unicode characters. Obviously, I was unable to sign in to my instance using aforementioned garbage.

Thanks, Amit. This is a good idea, but since I tried to reset the credentials using the Virtual Agent, I believe the credentials would no longer be valid. I found the email and tried the old credentials anyway, but it did not work.

Also, the banner no longer appears when I visit NowLearning, but my issue persists.
