Virtual Agent Topic

I want to show a single record producer as promoted in Virtual Agent chat, is there any OOB way to do this or need to create a new topic?

Hi My Friend,

Yes,  you can do this out of the box. You don’t have to build a brand-new topic just to surface one record producer.

Within an existing Virtual agent topic, you can add a step to present a specific catalog item/record producer and it will show directly in the chat as something the user can launch.

You’d only create a separate topic if:

• you want that producer to have its own trigger phrases, or

• you want a dedicated conversational flow around it

If the goal is simply “promote this one producer in chat,” the built-in catalog item step inside a topic is enough.
