HI All,

I have a requirement to add all the transcript chat history from IMS(Interaction) record in the incident work notes.

Do anyone know how can this be achieved?

 

I have added a script variable and returning vaSystem.getTranscript(); and in the "Create Incident" activity, I have mapped the script variable to Incident work notes field but it is not working.

The chat transcript from IMS in not getting copied to the Incident work notes fields.

Hi Mark,

 

Please find the screenshot of the IMS and the incident.

 

I need the Transcript from IMS to be copied to the incident work notes where only 3 lines are getting copied.
