Actually I have to create a chatbot to create a record in any table but when I was working on designer I'm unable to populate reference type field and unable to populate value.

I only need this small solution about reference field can I populate the field or not?

I don't follow what you are mentioning. Can you share what you did and where you have an issue with?

Hi @Mark Roethof ,

At first I create a Live Virtual Agent by designer you can see in the first attachment.

After that I create a card for bot response(orange color also in second attachment).

I mapped the field with my custom table reference type field with sys_user reference.

Now I want to know that is it possible to get the field successfully populated or not.

Because when I try It says:- can't find a valid record(Check the 3 attachment).
