How can I automatically route a customer to a live agent after completing the pre-chat survey, without requiring any additional user actions?

if you navigate to your Experience, there are setup topics, and/or promoted topics, the promoted topic will be displayed even before the other topics

in the table [sys_cs_context_profile] check your custom greeting and setup:

There you can set the Promoted topics and that could be the direct connection to a live agent

The "Ask HR" is the promoted topic in our example:

or under the [va_branding_contact_menu] you can associate these icons with the three dots, to have there a direct link:
