Good afternoon,
I’m currently configuring the Walk-up Experience and I’ve run into an issue with the “Enter your name or email” field. It consistently returns no results, which forces users to click “Cannot find your name or email” every time.
I’ve reviewed the widget HTML and it appears to be running an active=true query against sys_user, so I’m not sure why it’s returning nothing.
Has anyone else seen this, or does anyone have an idea how to resolve it?

It sounds like you're dealing with a common but frustrating "silent" failure in the ServiceNow Walk-up Experience. Since you've already verified that the widget is querying sys_user for active=true, the issue is likely not in the query logic itself, but in the security layers or data access that govern what that widget is allowed to "see" at the time of the request.
