Want to add SLA to the incident based on the time the incident is created, Morning or evening

Want to create two SLAs Morning SLA and Evening SLA. Morning SLA should be added to the incident if the incident is created between 00:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Evening SLA should be added to the incident if the incident is created between 12:01 PM and 11:59 PM. How can we achieve this?
