Want to Translate the custom service portal in hindi

Hello All, 

I have created a custom portal with customised widgets, now i need to translate that total portal and widgets into hindi language , how do i acheive this requirement following the best practices.

Hindi language plugin is not available in ServiceNow, so you need to manually update or adjust the text instead.
