Want to update close code through UI action

Hi Team, 

When were are trying to cancel change request, want to populate closed code as "A" based on logged in user is same if change manager fields or requested by and close notes should copied from reason popup which come before closing.

Currently client side UI action is running only to update state.

Please suggest

The configuration is present in the Client script "Show Cancel Reason modal" which calls the UI Page.

You can refer the below client script and the conditions.
