I need to add a dynamic value on the survey heading where the question should be " Please provide the feedback of the "HR Service name" form". So that i can take a report of the responses of the survey and I don't have trigger conditions for my survey. I getting sent when a new case is created.
Is this possible? and How can we achieve that?
