Hi Team,
I want a Warning to Display when an Assignment Group is chosen in the To, CC or BCC Field on the Email Client within the Workspace.
We have concerns with Agents using the Workspace and Selecting the Assignment Groups when sending External Communications to Customers and would rather have a Warning Populate that this will happen. Unsure how/whether this is Possible so reaching out to the Brains Trust.
We do not want to Prevent them from being able to Select the Assignment Groups, just a warning to Trigger when an assignment group is chosen.
