Macro's are not supported by Service Portal, Use a List collector instead and it will look nice on SP as well.

Hi VP,
Double check the ACL(s) for that watchlist field. OOB caller or anyone with ITIL role have write access.
Thanks

I never seen 'Watch list' field on catalog item forms. Is it a OOTB field or is it your custom field?
Thanks!

Check if any ACL/UI policy is making it readonly?

It is OOB UI macro - 'macro_watch_list'. There is no ACL/UI policy making it read-only.
I checked other posts, seems that UI macro is not supported by service portal. So is there any way I can convert macro to widget?
