watermark for inbound email to update case record

How to include watermark so that when there is a reply coming related to case record into inbound email(its like first when a notification is triggered from a case to someone, then when someone reply back on the same then)

Hi @Apaul ,
just make sure
omit watermark is (unchecked || false) on the notification
default is also false just make sure it stays as false
