Experience: Senior / Architect Level
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect /Senior Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) for an enterprise-level implementation.
Key Skills Required:8-12 years experience needed.
Enterprise-level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture and design
Experience defining implementation roadmap and architecture strategy
Strong expertise in ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools, automation, and data correlation
Strong proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and CSDM
Expertise in API development and workflow automation
Deep knowledge of ITAM modules including SAM Pro & HAM Pro
Experience managing CMDB data integrity, Cl relationships, and CMDB health dashboards
Hands-on experience with CMDB Workspace, Discovery Workspace, and CSDM data foundation
Certifications Preferred:
ServiceNow Architect / Administrator / Implementation Specialist certifications.
