We are unable to ingest devices registered on Intune Autopilot into ServiceNow using the Service Gra

Hi,

 

We are trying to see if anybody has had success fetching in stock devices (new laptops puchased by customers) that OEMs register on intune's autopilot.

We have a customer who has laptops on that are enrolled in autpilot but are not being ingested into ServiceNow.

Anybody who has had success with this?

Hi,

The native service graph uses the /managedDevices endpoint which won't contain what you're after.

 

You're likely after devices returned under the following API. This will require you to extend the service graph connector by creating a new import table, and data action
