Please note, Now Assist is only available for Client instances and lab instances. You cannot activate Now Assist in PDI.

To use Now Assist, you need to activate the plugin first and then configure it accordingly.
Please note that Now Assist is not available in a PDI (Personal Developer Instance). You will need at least a client instance or your company’s official instance to access and use Now Assist.

After installing the plugin, you need to perform some basic configuration steps. Once that's done, everything will be set up and ready to use.
