we do integration using flow between two tables in the same instance

If I create a ticket in incident table that ticket should come to my custom table. Just like we do integrations between two instances , can we do integration using flow between two tables in the same instance ? Is this possible?

Hi, I am curious as the use case\business driver that requires duplication of your Incident record, as this type of behavior is not known for efficient or consistent results.

If you are simply creating (or syncing) records across 2 tables, then I would think the best practice solution would be by using 'after' business rules.
