We would like to request your assistance in guiding us on how to connect ServiceNow with Power BI, as we have not yet found a suitable method for establishing this connection. Can you provide us with some guidance on this matter?

I think your best option is to get Snow Mirror, CDATA or something else that will replicate the data to an external DB and then just connect PowerBI to that.  Anything else is going to have a bunch of issues.

We currently are working on using SnapLogic to replicate the data we want to use in building advanced reports in SSRS.

Hi,

You can share the ServiceNow endpoint with PowerBI directly. This would need some authentication as well for whcih you can create a user id in ServiceNow.

To generate respective table specific end point use OOB REST API Explorer
