We need to show data from user and group in a single reference field

HI Guys,
I have a requirement where I need to populate both user and group data in a single reference table.
We have a managed by field which is reference and it should show data both from user and group table.

I just want to know whether this is even feasible to do?

what's your exact business requirement here?

what will your end users select?

will they select user sometime and sometime group?

If yes then do this

-> have drop down variable with 2 choices User, Group

-> if they select User then show another User reference variable

-> if they select Group then show them another Group reference variable
