Hi Community,
Currently UAT instance version is as below
And we received below notification from ServiceNow vendor
Can we ask ServiceNow vendor to deploy in Xanadu Patch 3 and above in UAT instance, if Yes but we have upgraded ServiceNow dev instance version is to this
Could you please suggest which version is go with "Xanadu Patch 3" or xanadu_patch1-hotfix2a?
Thanks,
Srinivasu Sagiraju

If you login to now support under instance dashboard you can request patches to be installed.
I would go with patch 3 or higher based on the notification.

Hi @Brian Lancaster ,
Currently, Dev instance version patch as below,
Do we need to go with patch3 or higher for Dev instance as well?
Thanks & Regards,

I would, I like to keep all my environment on the same patch level. Plus don't you do some testing in dev before you move to test to a more formal UAT. For me when it comes to patches I usually just run ATF. For upgrades I have someone due manual testing for things ATF cannot do.

Just leaving a note to be conscious of the order you upgrade your environments. You can't move "new" code "up the stack" to an older instance. (Meaning, if you upgrade DEV first, you will have to wait until the TEST upgrade is complete to push code to TEST.)
