Hi ,

 

This is Giji, new to Servicenow. I am using Utah version. I am getting an error while creating the workflow.

 

Unable to find UI Action with name '42da42d00a0a0b340066377beb6dd099' on table 'wf_workflow_version'

 

Is this Utah version issue?

Hi,  

You are creating a workflow under wrong table that only stores workflow versions.

1. In filter navigator type "workflow editor" and open the module as given in picture below.

2. A new window will open in which you can create workflow by just clicking on "new workflow".

Thank you for replying me

 

I think there was an issue with my instance. When I Reset and wiped my instance I can able to create new workflow .

Hi @gijikurian ,

You will need to run a filter with SysID "is" "42da42d00a0a0b340066377beb6dd099" under System Definition > Ui actions
