What are affected services here

If Incident priority = High and Affected Services are added, then trigger email notification to respective Service Operation Manager for incident for awareness.

@dev92372  When a configuration item is selected on the incident form, it automatically creates a relationship under "Affected CIs" related list as below,

I assume "Affected Services" mentioned by you is the Impacted services/CIs tab. This list is populated with the Services that will be impacted based on the CIs you are going to change. This is achieved by looking at the Affected CIs and then chasing the relationship up to which Services are dependent on the CI.

 

If they are added automatically based on the priority as mentioned, kindly validate the configurations or share the script to check.
