What Field type is it for inserting multiple rows in a form

Hello Experts,

I can see there are few fields where we can insert multiple rows in a form. What type of field it is and can we create custom field of this type?

That is an embedded list with "List edit insert row" checked on the List Control record for the list.

how do I do that i want to do for ast_contract table , so from List Control, I enabled that checkbox.

But it does not show on the form
