What is a playbook with an example in ServiceNow

Hello All,

I am new to Servicenow and was wondering what does this mean : configure playbooks(medium/high) complexity ? and runbooks ?  I know you can configure runbooks but can you configure playbooks or are they just documents with detailed process?

I am assuming you might be referring to ServiceNow Process Automation Designer, in that case, you can get started with the below document.

If you are actually referring to the Playbook Experience module, the below articles and resources can be a bit helpful to get started with. The module will be now visible on navigation menu as Playbook Experience.
