Dictionary Attribute:Dictionary attributes alter the behavior of the table or element that the dictionary record describes.
Administrators can add or modify dictionary attributes.

Variable Attribute:
Some Service Catalog variables support specific attributes.
In the catalog variable form, attributes are entered in the Variable attributes field.
