Hello everyone ,
Greetings !
we will be moving to the Zurich release of ServiceNow once it becomes available. Concurrently, we have embarked on an aggressive timeline for the deployment of Service Mapping.
Our plan is to conduct the Service Mapping on the production instance. However, during the upgrade, we will implement a deployment freeze on the production instance to ensure stability and a smooth transition.
My question is: Can we continue with the Service Mapping on the production instance during the upgrade cycle, and only pause it during the actual production upgrade? Typically, we enforce a one-month freeze during the upgrade cycle.
Your insights and guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes we can do that.. Just by ensuring changes that might affect your mapping effort.
