What is glide.security.allow_unauth_roleless_acl system property?

yes even i am facing same issue . This property is not available in instance.

The property is internally scripted in the platform code, you won't be able to find it in sys_properties.list. It is same as like glide.servlet.uri which is not present in the instance.
