What is Last run in Report Statistics?

Hello Everyone,

I have a curious question with regards to "Last run" field in Report Statistics table. Does anyone know how it was being populated? Is it once a report has been opened/viewed or is it when it run even from a dashboard or is it when run from a scheduled job? I am hoping to gather more details as I'm planning to remove old reports that are not being used already.

ServiceNow docs says :

Last Run also includes report run on Dashboards

"Run on Page" will give exclusing number that report run on Dashboards

Hi @Vee Jay Recana ,

It can both be when Report where last reopened / viewed or when viewed on a dashboard. I'm unsure of what you mean by scheduled job? If you refer to a scheduled report, then this will not show in the last run.
