what is login.do page

I want to add some line after login button if the user navigates to instance.servicenow.com/login.do, where can i check it?

Thanks for the reply.

I have added in welcome page content but it is not reflecting in the login page when i type instance.service-now.com/login.do, i can only see user name , password andl login button.
