"Help Interface" (I'm just guessing on that).
But you use HI, whenever you need to maintain your instances. Either to request a clone, or to submit incidents about your instance to ServiceNow.
It's basically your portal to Service Now's services.. which just happens to also run on the ServiceNow platform.

Hi Dinesh,
"HI" refers to this URL:
This, as Gupreet mentioned already, is ServiceNow's Customer Support portal.
Stephen guessed it was based on "Help Interface", which sounds plausible.
I think however, you can refer to the first line of this reply to find out where the name came from.
Best Regards
Tony
