I need to integrate our enterprise ServiceNow instance with Google Calendar in order to facilitate a feature like below.
When an Agent schedules a call (Agent fill a form in their workspace including a start time, end time, call link (sometimes) and a guestlist) these data should be fetched and based on the fetched data a calendar event should be created in the Google Calendar of the currently logged in user.
A google meeting link should be added to the event as well.
What is the best approach to implement this within ServiceNow ??
