What is the procedure to delete the old HR cases in ServiceNow? Is there a configuration to perform the record cleanup process?

It is not a good and recommended practice to delete data from the platfrom.

However, if your business requires you to do so then there are 2 options:

• Archive old data - https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-platform-administration/page/administer/database-rotat...
