HI may i know the purpose of hi account on which situation it is useful can anyone explain briefly

When a client owns a ServiceNow instance, they are provided with a HI account from ServiceNow to manage their instances.
HI account will have all the instances owned by your client such as Dev, QA, UAT, PROD.
It will also have details of your instance uptime.
You will have option to Manage your upgrade from here. For example you are in Istanbul and you want to upgrade to Kingston, you can do from HI account
You can raise any incident or request from your HI account, if you find a bug or you want to request VPN or plugin activated.
