Hi @nirwan_ritik ,
You can - Enable or disable notifications for this user ie. email, SMS etc
There is one client script which hides that field on the form you can check with given sys_id f8824ed467d43200eae64ce742415a7d
When I inactive that client script it visible on form you can check that
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you
Thanks and Regards

Hi @nirwan_ritik,
This field controls whether 'notifications' (Emails or SMS messages) are sent at user level.
The default value is 'Enabled' meaning Emails and SMS's will be sent. As you've seen from the screen shot provided in your question, you can disable this on a user-by-user basis.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie
