Hi,
There is a mismatch between what is there is Oracle GLAS report in 'cmdb_ci_db_ora_instance' table and License Position Report in SAM Pro.
How can I troubleshoot this? How to find out what is missing or breaking
So please can anybody point me to any document or article, where I can understand how License Position Report is getting generated and how Oracle GLAS reports are processed and linked to License Position Report.
Any kind of help and pointers is much appreciated.
