What is the trigger for this event

Is there a way to find out what triggers this event? I have two events getting triggered and not sure what causes it.

please open that email log record and see which notification is triggering it

Sorry I worded my question wrong. The email notification is getting triggered twice because of the notification condition which says Active changes to false. When I change the state of the RITM to Closed complete/closed skipped/closed incomplete, this happens. I am not sure which BR is causing this to happen twice. Any suggestions?
