What role allows to view On-Call Calendars?

There are some users who are not able to view it and I am having trouble figuring out the role is needed, because I am not sure exactly where that calendar resides or what it is exactly. It almost looks like a report, but I don't believe it is.

I have tried all of the rota roles and none of them seem to give me access. Error is "Security constraints prevent viewing this page"

Hello Developer28,

 

If you don't get expected behavior, after assigning an appropriate role based on the documentation, then create a Support Case.  There may be some problem with the documentation or some configuration problem in your instance.

If following the above doesn't work, create a Support case and provide what you have done and what documentation reference you are using.

Hi.

You can enable "Debug Security Rules" and then access the On-Call Calendar. Then search the results for "RC = false" to see what ACLs are causing  "Security constraints prevent viewing this page".
