What would be impact if we modifying the existing priority lookup rules in servicenow

If we are modifying the existing priority lookup rules in servicenow, what would be the impact? As per my understanding, it will change the priority of the tickets, also SLA will also get changed. Apart from this, what can be the impact? Please share your inputs.

Hi @VinayKumarA 

 

Yes, there will be an impact in all Active incidents - As soon as you load the Incident the new value will trigger and it has a direct impact on SLA too.
