What would cause the bottom of the related list to stop loading like this only on certain forms?

Please see screenshot below. For this RITM/ITEM only it seems, but the page does not load entirely. As you can see form the picture, we are missing the bottom of the related lists, missing the ADD button on the right side, and none of the preview record links work. You click them and nothing happens. Additionally, trying to APPROVE the apprvoal from the related list view does not work without clicking into the record, which again, also does not work the same for some reason on this item's RITMs only.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Sounds like it maybe a client script issue.  Have you checked the browser console to see if there are any script errors?

Its one of the UI policies, not a client script, but same diff. Thank you!
