Hello @Community Alums ,
You can check max file size for your instance by following path -
Application Navigator -> System Properties -> Import Export
Note - ServiceNow only allows 20% of the available JVM memory to be used for the Excel file upload. Files larger than the maximum allowed cannot be loaded.
