When any user is creating a bug in ADO from Servicenow,It is being created under my name by default.

Hi,

The integration with ADO to SN is working fine and properly.

Only thing in which I am facing issue is that everytime when any user creates an incident and it matches the mapping conditions - the bug is being created in ADO but it is always under my name. I am not able to figure out where to change the configuration. Any updates done on the incident are coming under my name. 

Please help in this case.

Hey, 

I used OAuth Authentication and configured using ADO Spoke. 

For configuration, I was using my account in SN.

@mansigoel  check with ur ADO team, and ask them to provide the service account user details. They might be using ur name to create service account. If they use your name, once the pipeline trigger it will always display ur name while creating the bug.

There is nowhere my name is mentioned in service account details in ADO, I am not able to find where else to check.
