When Clicking on 'Back' button, it redirects to welcome.do blank page

When the users clicks on 'Back' button, it redirects to welcome.do blank page. Any suggestion how to fix that? How do I get to the 'Back' UI Action?

Can you provide some screenshots please to understand where is this issue happening.

Also if u want to find any button in servicenow navigate to Ui action under system definition & search for the relevant button.

Hi @Alon Grod ,

Ohh I thought there must be some custom UI action created in the instance with name as Back button.

I assume wht is happening is when the customer press the back button from the top left corner of the browser it will navigate them back to the last page which they visited. Hence this might be the reason they are landing on the welcome.do page.

Did you check with the user exactly wht are they doing or pressing due to which they go back to the welcome page.
