Hi,

This is because of OOB Data policy on incident  table. This UI policy makes Resolution Notes and Resolution Code mandatory when incident is closed or Resolved.

If you don't want this behavior then you can disable/deactivate this data policy.

This is not applicable for now agent app , how to apply data policies for now agent app ?
