When I look at a case, it shows that I updated the case when I didnt change anything on form.

When I look at a case, in Updated by field it reflects my name, however I did not even save or updated anything.
Is this the usual behaviour in HR cases ? Can anybody tell what could be the reason/issue ?

this is not usual behavior.
Is this happening for your profile for every record?
Is this in native or workspace?

That’s not normal. Just opening a case shouldn’t change the “Updated by” field. Maybe there’s a UI policy or script running when the form loads that’s updating something in the background.
Do you see this only with HR cases or other tables too? That might help figure out where it’s coming from.

@Ankur Bawiskar @mujeebqasimi - It is happening with one user account and only on HR Case table in native view.
