When I look at a case, it shows that I updated the case when I didnt change anything on form.

When I look at a case, in Updated by field it reflects my name, however I did not even save or updated anything.
Is this the usual behaviour in HR cases ? Can anybody tell what could be the reason/issue ?

@Ankur Bawiskar  Yes I checked, sys_mod_count remains same.

it means the record is not getting updated.

how are you verifying that record is updated with your ID?

you are checking sys_updated_by?

@Ankur Bawiskar  actually this issue is reported by a user ..when we checked in list view it shows the his name in updated by however i did not see any field changes by him.
