When i search for catalog items in the esc portal, it is showing catalog item record as suggestions

When I search for a catalog item, it shows a suggested item, and if I select it, it opens the Maintain Item Catalog Item record. How do I disable this?

We have the same issue. When I click on the catalog item in Suggested Result, it goes to the maintain items backend page.
