when i was raise inbound action its not populating cmdb_ci value in incident level

Hi Team,

 

subject - backend fail 

body - *name - snow

           *status-failed

           *client : dell 

 

when i was copy body and send email , but value is not picking in client value to incident level cmdb_ci 

can you please help me inbound action script .

 Hi @sriram3 

 

As CI is a reference field and in the email the value must be same as per ServiceNow. So please make sure it is correct spelling and value must exist in CMDB
