How can I submit a request without an error message?

 1. Check System Logs
- Navigate to System Logs > All.
- Look for any errors or warnings that occurred around the time you tried to submit the request.
- Common errors might include invalid data, missing fields, or script errors.
2. Review Scripted Components
- If there are any script includes, business rules, or client scripts associated with the catalog item, review them for potential issues.
- Verify that all these scripts are functioning correctly and not throwing any errors.
- Ensure there are no syntax errors in the scripts.

Hi,

I'd start here

  • Check if there is any on submit client  scripts that may be returning false
  • Check if there is Any Insert BR that might be the culprit
