When the green dot get to shows on the Project(pm_project) list?

I need help to understand the backend logic about when the green dot get to shows on the Project(pm_project) list. According to my experiences and understanding, it has no matter with the project Phase or Status. Looks like it depends on the project tasks. But I'm not able to find out the pattern.  Can anyone clarify a little bit regarding this? If any links/docs will be greatly helpful.

Hi,

There is a field called "rollup" you can check in the list view. If the rollup is "true" and the record belongs to a project or project task, then the green lights up.

You can find the configuration in the "styles", table name - planned task.
