When I use add/remove multiple buttons to add multiple attachments, in Edit Members popup, I can select multiple records (1.text, 2.txt, 3.txt. and 4.txt) and click to add to add on my list, please see the attached image below, it will only add one option (2.txt) to the list, not 1,2,3 and 4.txt. This use has ITIL role, I also try doing same step with another ITIL user (both using Chrome), but he works fine. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I would be extremely grateful for any suggestions!
Best Regards,
Danny

Hi @DannySun
Practically, issues like these often don't have a direct solution and are usually resolved automatically. It could be a cache issue or a session issue at times.

Thank you very much for your help.
I just found out that the users need to be selected one by one, and when the color is light blue, I can click the "Add" to add them all at once. Besides, I'm not sure why the color turns dark blue when another user is selected, and it's different from other users.
Other users: dark blue means selected
But for this user: light blue means selected
Best Regards,
Danny

Hi @DannySun
It might be a browser issue or some user configuration that's tough to pinpoint. You can log a case for the same to get it investigated further.

I tried clearing the cache, but it still doesn't work. I tried with different browsers; this user still can't use them properly.
